Terms of Accommodation
By confirming a reservation with Save Stay Management LTD trading as Host & Stay, guests agree to comply with the following accommodation terms and house rules.
- The lead guest must be at least 18 years old.
- A valid photo ID may be required prior to check-in.
- Full payment or a deposit may be required at the time of booking. Reservations are only confirmed once payment has been successfully received.
- Guests must respect the property, neighbours, and surrounding residents at all times.
- No parties, events, excessive noise, or anti-social behaviour are permitted.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property.
- Only the number of guests included in the reservation may stay at the property unless agreed in advance.
- Check-in and check-out times must be followed unless otherwise approved.
- Guests are responsible for any damage, missing items, or excessive cleaning costs caused during their stay.
- Commercial activities, illegal activity, or unauthorised gatherings are strictly prohibited.
- Management reserves the right to refuse entry or terminate a stay without refund in the event of a serious breach of these terms.
- Guests must ensure the property is left in a reasonable condition upon departure.
- Personal belongings remain the responsibility of the guest throughout the stay.
By completing a booking, guests acknowledge and accept these accommodation terms.
